Excelent staff.

Its in a seedy area and I was worried about my car in the parking lot. When I parked there were two men just sitting in a car smoking somehting in a pipe. The car had Michigan plates. The lot was full so I had to park it there. The car was fine when I went to get it in the AM.

It was very convenient to the airport. The bar/lounge service was excellant and very friendly. The bed was very comfy and clean. The bathroom is another story..too small, no countertop area, I had to use the toilet lid and tank top (which I covered with a towel) for space to set my hair dryer and flat iron, the small counter space was very inconvenient. The bathroom also was so steamed up from my shower that I had to keep the door open and had no privacy. The bathrooms at this location is not practical at all

Cozy and spacious room with brand-new comfy mattresses, a great bed, and a chill living area. They even serve soft drinks at the bar here! the decor is so modern. the staff is super quick and friendly. 🌟

Had a great stay on vacation, glad I chose it. the hotel's location was magnificent and awesome, near a bus stop. 3. the area was pretty nice, a lovely place for me. 4. Ate at a nice restaurant for a casual dinner. 5. the bathroom was clean and beautiful.

The room was nice and I liked the bathroom decor. The breakfast buffet was great and the breakfast staff was very polite and helpful. The food was good and we did have to wait very long to be served.

The air conditioning unit was rather loud and there was very little parking space.

Perfect location with easy access to everything around here. the hotel staff is super nice and friendly, making the stay pleasant 😊.

the shuttle to the ariport was timely, convenient and the driver very helpful. the check-in staff were great and the food in the restaurant was excellent!

The restaurant at this place is great for a relaxed dinner where we both enjoyed delicious meals.

Convenient to the area we needed to be in. The Lobby was nice and clean.

1. Checked in and the room was not ready.(we were early) The employee found the two rooms next to each other and close to the front so that my handicapp mother could get to it easily. We were asked to come back in about an hour to check in. When we returned and got the keys, we went to the room and it was totally occupied. Woman was comin gout of the restroom. We were all shocked by this. Went back to the front desk and notified them of what happened. They were not apologetic and we ended up with two rooms far from each other. 2. I paid extra to have breakfast and was not notified of the times that the restaurant was open. Before we headed out, we checked and we could not eat. My mother checked out later and asked for the voucher to eat and the front desk told her that it was not included. (When in fact, it was....) She had to argue for ten minutes with them before they agreed. 3. No parking in the hotel parking lot. We had to park next door in a vacant lot. 4. Very humid air in the rooms that are cooled with a wall unit. You could smell mildew and mold in the hallways.

It was set near a bus stop, so we traveled a lot.

Staying at this renovated hotel was a unique and convenient experience.

Attractive hotel, updated rooms, awesome breakfast, fast staff. Magnificent and favourable location in Kenner, close enough to runways, the restaurant, open 24/24 and Close to the airport. For shots visit Messina's, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the venue. Lovely view, nice bar - everything was great. Certainly a nice experience for the early flight in Kenner.
